Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

• Account information, such as your user identifier, name, email, and sign-in activity, provided through Clerk.
• Projects, uploaded assets, project settings, and community profile information you choose to save or publish.
• Subscription identifiers, plan, status, renewal or access dates, and limited billing event records from Dodo Payments. UltroMotion does not store full card details.
• Technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as request logs, error data, device or browser information, and abuse-prevention signals.

Guest projects stored only in your browser are not sent to us unless you sign in and choose to copy or publish them, or use a server-backed feature that clearly requires upload.

2. Why we use it

We process information to provide accounts, save and render projects, publish content you request, administer subscriptions, support users, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose reliability problems, maintain an auditable billing record, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on where you live, the legal basis may be performance of our contract, legitimate interests, consent, or compliance with law.

3. Service providers and public content

We use providers including Clerk for authentication and Dodo Payments for checkout, tax, invoices, subscription management, fraud controls, refunds, and disputes. Hosting, database, and operational providers may process the minimum information needed to deliver their services. They act under their own terms and data-protection commitments. Community projects and the author name you select are public. Do not publish personal or confidential information. We do not sell personal information or use project content for third-party targeted advertising.

4. Cookies and local storage

UltroMotion uses necessary browser storage and cookies for sign-in, security, theme preferences, local projects, and service continuity. Dodo's hosted checkout and customer portal may use their own necessary cookies. We will request consent before adding optional advertising or non-essential tracking where law requires it.

5. Retention and security

We keep account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service. Billing audit, transaction-reference, security, backup, and dispute records may be retained longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, legal claims, or regulatory obligations. We minimize audit payloads and do not place payment credentials, checkout URLs, names, or emails in our billing audit log.

We use access controls, authenticated project queries, signed webhook verification, and transport security. No internet service can promise absolute security, so please report suspected issues promptly.

6. Your choices and rights

You may update account or billing information through the relevant account and billing portals. Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information, and may appeal or complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify your identity and retain limited records where the law requires it.

7. International use and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required. UltroMotion is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
