Refund Policy
Ultromotion paid-plan purchases and subscription renewals are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the applicable merchant-of-record terms.
Effective September 17, 2026
1. No refunds
All paid-plan purchases, including initial payments and automatic renewals, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer voluntary refunds for changing your mind, accidental purchases, unused subscriptions, or unused portions of a billing period. Try the Free plan before purchasing to decide whether Ultromotion meets your needs. Mandatory legal rights and applicable merchant-of-record terms take precedence over this policy.
2. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel through the billing portal before your next renewal to avoid another charge. Cancellation does not refund previous payments or provide a prorated refund for unused time. Cancellation timing is explained in our subscription terms.
3. Billing errors and support
Email support@ultromotion.com from the address on the purchase and include the invoice or payment reference and a description of the issue if you believe a charge is duplicate, incorrect, or unauthorized, or you wish to exercise a mandatory legal right. Never email card details. We will investigate billing errors and coordinate any required correction with our payment provider. Contacting support does not guarantee a refund.
4. Required refunds and access
Any refund required by applicable law or applicable merchant-of-record terms is processed by Dodo Payments to the original payment method. Bank processing times and currency conversion can affect the final arrival time or local-currency amount. A full refund may end paid-plan access immediately.
5. Consumer rights and payment disputes
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights, remedies required by applicable law, or your rights with your payment provider. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record, and its applicable buyer terms also apply. This policy applies to purchases made on or after its effective date; earlier purchases remain subject to the policy applicable when they were made.
