Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to UltroMotion, including the free service, Pro subscriptions, community publishing, and exported work.
Effective September 10, 2026
1. Your agreement
By creating an account, buying a subscription, or using UltroMotion, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Refund, and Acceptable Use policies. If you use UltroMotion for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization. You must be at least 16, or the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live.
2. The service and your account
UltroMotion provides visual animation, project storage, publishing, and export tools. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Features may evolve, but we will not intentionally remove a paid core feature during a current billing period without reasonable notice or a suitable remedy.
3. Free, Pro, and Enterprise
Free includes the features shown on our pricing page and places a small UltroMotion mark on final video exports. Pro unlocks the listed premium tools and clean exports while the subscription is active. Enterprise services are governed by the signed order form or contract where it conflicts with these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation
- Pro is currently $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, before any tax shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected interval until cancelled. The checkout screen shows the total and renewal cadence before you pay.
- You can manage or cancel through the billing portal from the pricing page. Depending on the option you select there, cancellation may be immediate or take effect at the next billing date.
- Payments, applicable tax, invoices, and payment-method data are handled by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Its applicable buyer terms also apply to the transaction.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
5. Your projects and license to operate the service
You retain ownership of projects and assets you create or upload. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and render that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. When you publish a community project, you also permit other users to view and clone that published version for their own projects. You can unpublish it, but copies already made by others may remain.
6. Our software and templates
UltroMotion, its interface, code, branding, and first-party templates remain ours or our licensors'. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service and to include first-party template output in your own lawful personal or commercial work. You may not resell a template substantially unchanged as a competing template or asset library.
7. Availability and termination
We work to keep UltroMotion reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, or address a material breach. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to export your projects. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law permits. We do not guarantee that generated code, mathematical output, rendering, or community content is accurate or fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UltroMotion's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This limit does not apply where it would unlawfully restrict liability or consumer rights.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
